How can legacy be created using non-cash passion assets? How can donors use appreciated non-cash passion assets toward Charitable impact and avoid capital gains? What are the benefits of gifting non-cash passion assets to a Donor Advised Fund (DAF), Foundation or Non-profit Organizations?  \nBaby boomers are one of the wealthiest generations in American history and they’re about to transfer significant wealth over the next few decades. A portion of this wealth is in the form of non-cash passion assets that reflect the passions, interests, and legacies of the individuals and families who owned them. However, what happens when the heirs are not interested in receiving the gift of art, jewelry, wine, furniture, and other objects that their parents and grandparents have collected over the years? Or what if there are not any heirs?\n \nThis presentation will educate the attendees on the state of the art and collectible markets. The attendees will also understand how to use non-cash passion assets toward philanthropic impact.\n \nColleen Boyle brings over 20 years of diverse experience in the art and financial world to The Fine Art Group. She has valued art and collectibles for international corporations, museums, and private collectors across the globe. In addition, Colleen has provided legal analysis for court cases involving art valuation and identification. Having earned the Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy designation (CAP®), Colleen regularly assists clients with monetization strategies of passion assets for charitable endeavors as well as identifying institutions for direct donations. She conducts lectures and Continuing Education classes on diverse topics pertinent to art and collectibles and is featured in a documentary titled “The Real Fake.”\n \n*Although the registration system will ask if you would like to bring a guest, please note that this is a EPCRI Member Only event.
