DESCRIPTION:\nAs 2022 draws to a close, join us for a timely discussion of tax considerations and planning tips. \n \nSpeaker Bio: \n Pat is a Tax & Business Services partner in the Providence office of Marcum, LLP, a national accounting and advisory services firm.  She has significant experience working with many closely held businesses and their owners in the manufacturing, real estate, professional services and wholesale industries.  Pat continuously monitors and interprets pending tax legislation and implements solutions for firm clients and staff.   She has distinguished herself in the accounting profession both on the state level and on the national stage, helping to develop policy recommendations relating to national tax legislation, tax administration and ethical standards. \n \nA familiar face in the media, Pat has appeared on Channel 10 in Providence and PBS’s Tax Forum programs.  She earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Rhode Island and her master’s degree in taxation from Bryant University.  She also holds the Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) designation from the AICPA. \n \nMeeting will be held via Zoom.  Log-in information will be sent prior to the program.\n
