The Future of Estate Planning

DESCRIPTION:
The nature of estate planning is likely to change significantly over the next 10 to 20 years due to a mix of changing demographics and advances in technology. This is a story of both good and bad news for estate planners. On the positive side, tens of millions of Baby Boomers need to plan their estates. Many never executed an estate plan, or did so when their children were born many decades ago, and now need to update their plans. There is some bad news, but being aware and staying on the forefront of the digital transformations and conversations will always help.
